Material Selection:
Competitive R&D to find & liaise with the Right Vendor for better, yet cost-effective materials such as PCM, VIP, RSC & EPS.

Thermal Design:
Customized thermal design to meet the requirements considering all factors such as Payload, Dimension, Position & Weight of each component inside the package.

Prototyping & Simulation:
Build the first prototype and perform simulation using industry-wide known tools such as SmartCAE, ANSYS, AutoCAD, etc.

Qualification Testing:
Perform DQ and OQ testing to validate the design, integrity, durability and temperature conditions.

Final Production:
Once Testing is verified, we contact our vendor to finalize the process for the mass manufacturing of a certain number of package units.
