Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our HR and Admin department. The incumbent is expected to be dedicated, proactive and can do the assigned task with a minimum supervision. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR and Admin functions.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation in BBA with concentration in HRM from any reputed university.
  • Candidate from CSE background is also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

  • Two (02) – Four (04) years of experience as a HR & Admin Executive in similar role.
  • Experience with Software Industry is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

  • Must be very creative in hiring appropriate human resources within the deadline without compromising in quality. Experience in bulk hiring is an advantage.
  • Facilitate talent management and other global processes.
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Perform audits and update current HR files and databases to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Record, maintain and monitor employee time sheets, attendance, leave, and absence on daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure employee punctuality. Prepare the required report in collaboration with the respective supervisors.
  • Track and follow-ups several reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally.
  • Track company inventory records, movements and ensure the logistical support in timely manner.
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Drive Organization’s culture in creating a ‘preferred’ work place for our employees and fosters an environment where employee behavior is aligned to our values.
  • Amicably sort out any tiffs or troubles that may arouse in the working environment to the satisfaction of all.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
  • Must possess Excellent Soft Skills, People Skills and can do attitude.
  • Have excellent knowledge on MS Office Package and knowledge on Google sheet, Google docs, Google Forms would be a plus.
  • Have the mentality to work beyond the regular office hour as and when required.
  • Adherent to teamwork and always represent team in work and achievement.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
